Name the real decision, not the loudest symptom.

Most of the time, we try to solve the wrong problem. We’ll get clear on what we’re actually deciding so we stop “fixing” the same issue in a new outfit every quarter.

Run the decision through a values filter

Not “about-page values.” Not aspirational words we wish were true. We’re talking about the values as our choices, patterns, and tolerance levels, whether we like them or not.

This webinar is not taught from a pedestal. It is taught from inside the work.

There have been seasons where it felt like my business could go every which way, and it tried to. There was a yes to projects that looked like “opportunity” but drained the life out of me (looking at you social media content). On paper, it looked like hard work. In reality, my business started to feel fuzzier, less personal, and harder to explain. That fuzziness did not stay in the calendar. It seeped into confidence. My confidence.

There was overwhelm, exhaustion, and discouragement because none of it was moving toward the work that actually lit me up. The thought that shook me out of my go with the flow mindset: Is this what entrepreneurship is? If this is what it is, maybe this is not for me.
